"Dear Peter,
Just wanted to write you that it had been a pleasure working with you and your attorney. You had proven to be very ethical and fair in our negotiations regarding the purchase price of the house. Further, the idea of selling to you proved out to be very easy, quick and significantly easier than putting the house on the market. It saved me the time and expense of getting the house in the condition to be sold on open market. When you stated "as is", that is exactly what you meant. I wound up saving an immense amount if time in my busy schedule by working through you - and while I could have possibly sold the house at a higher price, I did save the money on the necessary improvements to get the house marketable; and therefore "netted" out the same amount of money by selling to you. Thank you for sending the post card, as I didn't know that there was someone out there like you, that did what you did - and I was very happy I responded - and would strongly suggest and support others to do the same. Respectfully and gratefully, Skip G."
"How are you and your family? Just wanted to drop you a line regarding how grateful I continue to be concerning your wonderful transformation of my childhood home in Farmingdale. Thank you for calling that day about the open house. I was unable to attend, but my friend Rachel did and took some photos of the exterior and interior changes that were done. I must say I was impressed!"
I hope you personally made a good profit considering the market these days. It certainly was a good move for all concerned. Thanks again for all your help and may God Bless you and your family.
